This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes how Hublo Technologies (OPC) Private Limited (“Hublo Technologies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles refunds, cancellations, and purchase-related support for software and digital products we operate. It applies to customers and payment processors reviewing our public presence at hublo.ai and linked product sites listed on our Products page.

1. Scope — this site vs. checkout

The hublo.ai marketing website does not process payments or store payment card data. Checkout for paid offerings happens on the relevant product property (for example, Lemon Squeezy hosted checkout for Contractor Invoice Maker digital downloads, or—when available—the AskLLM product site). This page is the corporate policy index; product-specific terms and privacy notices remain on each product site and are linked below.

2. Customer support & response times

For purchase, refund, or cancellation questions, contact us using the channel that matches your product:

• Contractor Invoice Maker (paid digital downloads): invoice@hublo.ai — we aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve or escalate within 7 business days.
• General Hublo / marketing inquiries: Contact form or info@hublo.ai — we aim to respond within 2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding Indian public holidays).
• AskLLM product support: when paid plans are offered, use the contact channel published on askllm.io at the time of purchase.

Registered operator address (India): Hublo Technologies (OPC) Private Limited, SUPREME BUSINESS PARK, Level 2, Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, Mumbai, India. We do not offer telephone support on hublo.ai; email is our primary channel for refund requests.

4. Contractor Invoice Maker — refunds & cancellations

The invoice, estimate, and receipt PDF generators on contractorinvoicemaker.com are free and require no payment, login, or subscription.

Optional paid digital products (for example workbook or document packs) are one-time purchases, not recurring monthly or annual subscriptions on contractorinvoicemaker.com. Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy on their hosted checkout page. Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms and dispute processes may also apply to your transaction.

Eligible refunds — we will issue a full refund (via Lemon Squeezy or our payment processor) when:

• You were charged but did not receive access to the digital product (delivery failure).
• The digital file is materially defective or unusable and we cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable time.
• You request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase and have not successfully downloaded the digital product, or you can demonstrate a duplicate charge.

Non-refundable — after successful delivery and download of a digital product that matches its published description, refunds are generally not available (standard practice for instant digital goods), except where required by applicable consumer law.

How to request: email invoice@hublo.ai with your order confirmation email, Lemon Squeezy order ID, purchase date, and reason. We will confirm receipt and outcome within the timelines in Section 2.

Cancellation: one-time digital purchases do not renew; there is no subscription to cancel. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us immediately at invoice@hublo.ai.

5. QtyCalc (Calculator Hub)

qtycalc.com provides free material calculators with no paid checkout, account, or subscription. No refunds apply because we do not charge for use of QtyCalc. For questions about the tools, use info@hublo.ai.

6. AskLLM

AskLLM is currently offered as a free service at askllm.io. When paid plans or subscriptions are introduced, refund and cancellation terms for those purchases will be published on askllm.io before checkout and will govern that transaction. Until then, no payment-based refunds apply to AskLLM.

7. Enterprise and custom engagements

SimCo, roadmap offerings, and other custom or enterprise programs are governed by the written quote, statement of work, or order form you sign with Hublo Technologies. Refunds and cancellations for those engagements follow that agreement. Contact sales via our contact form for contract questions.

8. Chargebacks and disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please email us before initiating a payment chargeback so we can investigate. Provide your order ID and purchase email. We cooperate with Lemon Squeezy, card networks, and applicable law to resolve legitimate disputes fairly.

9. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction (including India). Where law requires a refund or cancellation remedy we cannot contract away, that law controls.
